We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without notice. In the event that the site advertises an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.

Minimum Order
To place an order on our website, the minimum order is 10$ CND.

Promo Code
Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Payment
We accept credit cards.

Order Processing
You have paid your order? We take care of it. We need 72 hours* to prepare your order before shipping. We will contact you as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
*Business days are from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Shipping
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 10 days.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more: if a coupon code is used, note that the order amount must be $75 after the discount applied from the coupon code for free shipping to be applicable.

Procedure for a Return

We reserve the right to refuse returns of certain food products.

Place a copy of your invoice in the return box. If you do not have a copy, please include a letter indicating the item being returned and why. Include your name, address and phone number so we can properly process your return.

If a return or exchange is possible, the returned products will not be refunded in cash, a customer credit will be given to you, usable immediately or later.
-A 10% return fee is applicable.
-Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
-Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
-We cannot accept returns on:
Any product that is not in its original packaging, any used product, all products purchased on clearance, incomplete sizes, or damaged packaging, any product not purchased from L'Érable au Fil du Temps. Returned orders will be processed within a reasonable time. If the customer has made an error in the address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged packages
In the event that a package delivered to your home arrives in poor condition and one or more items are damaged, it is very important that you proceed as follows:
-Take pictures of the original packaging, with emphasis on the damaged area(s)
-Take pictures of the damaged item(s)
-Send us the pictures to [email protected]
-We will tell you how to proceed.
